Working Well recognises that each person’s journey and needs are different, providing a personalised and integrated service. The aim is to help each person manage any concerns they might have, support them to reach your goals, and take steps to make a positive change in their life.
Throughout the programme, particpants are supported by a Key Worker who takes time to understand any concerns they might have. Being out of work can be a challenging time in anyone’s life. That's why the Key Worker helps to create an action plan that's based around the particpant's needs, and provides them with access to relevant specialist support.
Key Workers work with particpants to provide the right support, at the right time. They can help particpants to progress into employment if they feel ready, but if they don’t, they’ll help them to address the things that are holding them back.
Ingeus's team of Key Workers and specialist health professionals can help Working Well particpants to build their confidence, wellbeing, skills and motivation so that they're ready to move forward.
