We encourage our people to continue learning throughout their career at Ingeus and there are loads of development opportunities to choose from. Whether it's building job-specific skills, job shadowing or adding more strings to your bow – from project management to IT – we'll give you everything you need to grow.
As well as our in-house training, we also encourage continuous learning opportunities such as self-study, coaching and mentoring. We offer up to three days' study leave in addition to our annual leave offer to help you achieve this.
