Ingeus provided Job Entry Targeted Support (JETS) in Central London, Greater Manchester, and the North West of England from 2020 to 2023. The programme offered tailored support to job seekers who had been unemployed for more than 13 weeks, to help them find sustainable employment. It was commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions in response to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the labour market.
JETS was an innovative programme enabling quick and targeted employment support to help people find new work and new careers. Working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus, specialist partners, and employers, we provided support for improving employability skills, job search, confidence, self-employment, money management and more. Ingeus supported more than 65,000 people throughout the service lifetime, helping more than 35,000 people find work.
