During the festive period, our phonelines will be open as follows:

  • 23rd December: 8am - 6pm
  • 24th December: 8am - 4pm
  • 25th - 29th December: Closed
  • 30th December: 9am - 4pm
  • 31st December: 9am - 4pm
  • 1st January: Closed
  • 2nd January: 8am - 6pm
  • 3rd January: 8am - 6pm

The best way to contact us is through our enquiry form. If you would prefer to speak to someone, you can contact us on 0207 265 3000 between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you want to contact us about your programme, please ring your local centre team.

British Sign Language Services

If you are a British Sign Language (BSL) user, you can contact us using InterpretersLive! This service enables access to on demand and pre-booked, qualified NRCPD British Sign Language interpreters, 24 hours a day, 365 a year. Find out more.
