Director of Justice Services
Carrie is the Director of Justice Services, leading the operations of our Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS), CFO3 and Activity Hub programmes.
Carrie joined Ingeus in June 2021 having previously worked in and around probation services for 30 years, holding senior leadership roles in Leicestershire and Rutland Probation Trust and the Reducing Reoffending Partnership’s two Community Rehabilitation Companies.
Carrie is passionate about developing and leading transformational services that are informed by lived experience. She believes in creating as many opportunities as possible for people to turn their lives around and achieve their potential, whilst making our communities safer and more inclusive.
