Working for Ingeus APM has been a phenomenal experience. I have been working for them for 6 years and have worked as a disability assessor and progressed to management. I have been working with Ingeus APM for 7 years and really enjoyed it. I have had great opportunities to grow and develop professionally through different trainings, mentoring opportunities and taking part user research. I have always felt well supported and they are easy to approach when needing support mentally or professionally.

I started working with APM late 2018, doing work capability assessments. Since then, each year has thrown up new challenges and allowed me to step into different roles. Now, I do assessments for WCA and PIP (both face to face and over the phone) along with file work advice for both. I also mentor new entrants for both types of assessments and then audit their material as they progress through their training. All this is testimony that hard work and initiative is both recognised and rewarded at APM.
