Future Employment Support: Partner with Ingeus

Expression of Interest opportunity for local, specialist, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) partners

Ingeus is preparing to bid for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Future Employment Support (FES) opportunity and we’re inviting organisations to express an interest in working with us as we develop our offer and build a strong, locally embedded supply chain.

We know that local organisations are often best placed to understand the needs and aspirations of their communities, so we are particularly keen to hear from SMEs and VCSE organisations whose trusted relationships, specialist expertise, and local insight can help shape effective support for people facing barriers to employment.

Future Employment Support (FES) will deliver personalised employment support for out-of-work Universal Credit claimants, including people facing health-related barriers, skills gaps, language needs, addiction challenges, and other complex employment barriers. It will combine employment, skills, health, and employer engagement support tailored to local labour market needs.

For further information, please refer to the Future Employment Support notice.
