Health & wellbeing

As the population ages and lifestyles change, more people face life with complex and long-term conditions.

People and society must change to adapt, so that everyone becomes better at managing their physical and mental health. Our mission is to equip people with the right knowledge, skills, and support to stay independent and healthy.

We deliver services on behalf of government partners, including the Department for Work and Pensions and NHS England, to provide help when people need it most.

Our CRC wellbeing business, CiC Wellbeing, also brings over 30 years of experience in people wellbeing, providing organisations with specialist, bespoke solutions to improve the mental health and wellbeing of employees, people, customers and students in the UK and overseas.

Able Futures has allowed me to become better, it is fantastic. My VRC Peter has given me different ways to cope with my grief and different strategies to allow me to function, stay at work and not go off sick.
