The people we provide services for, and our colleagues, come from all walks of life. We strongly believe this diversity is one of our greatest assets.
Our culture is built on the principle of treating everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of culture, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation or disability. We are committed to ensuring that every individual is comfortable, confident and recognised for the value of their contributions.
Our employee groups, including the Diversity & Inclusion Group, mentoring and training programmes and dedicated learning hubs are just some of the initiatives helping to create our inclusive environment.
We are a menopause friendly employer
Ingeus signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge (Wellbeing of Women) in September 2021, ensuring we promote normalising conversations and considerations for those experiencing menopausal symptoms.
Around 900,000 women across the UK have quit their jobs because of the menopause, so our priority is creating a positive and supportive workplace for all. As a result of our commitment to raising awareness and understanding of the menopause across our organisation, we were named as finalists in two categories of the inaugural Menopause Friendly Employer Awards powered by HSBC UK, first direct and M&S Bank, for Most Open Workplace and Best Engagement Campaign.
