Sometimes employees and apprentices can experience issues that affect their mental health at work and they need some support and advice. Able Futures could help.
Able Futures is led by Ingeus, and we deliver the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service (AtW MHSS) in England, Scotland and Wales. We can give anyone who is in work nine months of advice and guidance on things they could do to support their mental wellbeing at work. There is no cost to anyone accessing support from Able Futures, or to their employer, because the service is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions.
