Ingeus celebrates finalists at 2025 ERSA Employability Awards

Ingeus is delighted to be named finalists in the 2025 ERSA Employability Awards. These awards recognise the outstanding efforts and innovative approaches that are helping people overcome barriers to employment and lead better lives.

Ingeus, and several of our valued partners, are shortlisted in the following categories:

•    Adding Social Value
Working Well: Roots to Dental, a collaborative initiative led by Greater Manchester Combined Authority and the University Dental Hospital of Manchester, has been recognised for its pioneering work in improving access to dental care for people facing employment challenges.

•    Community Outreach
Goldstar Creative and Ingeus’ Central London Works Work and Health Programme have earned a nomination for our creative and inclusive approach to engaging communities and supporting people on their journey into work.

•    Employer Engagement Practitioner of the Year
Congratulations to colleague Leonila Bernal-Mencias, whose exceptional dedication to employer engagement continues to open doors for jobseekers and transform lives.

•    Partnership and Collaboration
Our impactful partnership with Only a Pavement Away has been shortlisted for its success in helping people experiencing homelessness find meaningful employment in the hospitality sector.

•    Frontline Manager of the Year
Our colleague Lewis Mechan has been recognised for leading the way as a frontline manager, supporting frontline teams to deliver outstanding performance and achieve strong results.

•    Introducing AI
Ingeus’ pilot programme with Bodyswaps, a virtual reality and AI learning tool, has been shortlisted for its support for participants in practicing job interview techniques and building their confidence.

These nominations are a testament to the passion, innovation, and collaboration that underpin our mission to enable better lives. We’re honoured to stand alongside our partners, colleagues, and the sector and look forward to joining in celebrations at the awards ceremony in November.
