Ingeus celebrates nine ERSA Awards finalists

Ingeus has been shortlisted for nine ERSA Employability Awards 2026, which celebrates the work of individuals, teams, partnerships and providers across the employment support sector.

ERSA, the Employment Related Services Association, is the membership trade body for organisations delivering employment and skills provision across the UK.

Together, the nine nominations showcase the breadth of work happening across Ingeus. Our shortlisted finalists are:

Employer Partnership - One Beyond

Ingeus’ partnership with One Beyond in Lancashire gives support for participants on Connect to Work and helps to create employment opportunities in the region.

Team Behind the Scenes - Operational Excellence Team

Ingeus’ Employment Services Operational Excellence Team has been recognised for its work supporting colleagues in employment support. The nomination includes the introduction of the new Team Leader induction and management programme.

Employer Engagement Practitioner - Gary Little

Our colleague Gary has been recognised for building lasting relationships with employers, helping to create opportunities for participants on the Restart Scheme.

Motivating Senior Leader - Caroline Banks

Caroline’s nomination as Operations Director for Restart Scheme in the West Midlands recognises her commitment to people, both colleagues and participants, and the impact this has had on results.

Innovative Employment Support and Addressing the NEET Challenge - RISE

The Restart Scheme’s residential experience RISE (Ready, Inspired, Skilled & Employed) has been shortlisted for two categories – recognising its innovative approach to creating employment opportunities for young people aged 18-24.

Introducing AI - AI Academy

Ingeus’ in-house programme, The AI Academy has been shortlisted for helping participants understand how they can use AI confidently and safely as they take steps towards employment.

Partnership and Collaboration - Saira Hospitality

Ingeus’ partnership with Saira Hospitality has been given recognition for the profound impact on participants’ employment journeys.

Outstanding Participant - Romell Harewood

These nominations are a fantastic reflection of the passion, innovation and collaboration that help us Enable Better Lives every day. We’re proud to celebrate the achievements of our colleagues, participants and partners alongside the wider employment support sector.
