Ingeus announces a new Justice division
19 Jul 2021
Two years ago, the UK operations of APM and Ingeus merged after our global parent company
APM Group acquired Ingeus. Since then, our teams have been busy delivering our shared mission and commitment to excellence through our programmes, while we also integrated the two businesses.
As a result, from July 2021, our
HMPPS CFO3 contracts in the East Midlands, North East, and Yorkshire & Humber will move from APM UK to be delivered by Ingeus.
New name, new look – same excellence service
The change in name is an important one as it represents a final step of our integration to being one Ingeus, with our full range of services delivered under the well-known and established Ingeus brand, but it is also only a change in name – our teams and delivery will not be changing.
Our people, and your contacts, will remain the same, and you can still expect the same high-quality HMPPS CFO3 services.
Expanding our services to enable even more better lives
Over the last year, the Ingeus owned Reducing Reoffending Partnership (RRP) has been working with the Ministry of Justice to transition the Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) contracts into the new probation system from July 2021. RRP delivered two CRCS in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, & Rutland (DLNR); and Staffordshire & West Midlands (SWM).
At the same time, our team has continued to deliver outcomes and exceed performance expectations, and this has provided opportunities to grow and expand our services, allowing us to reach even more customers and continue our mission to enable better lives.
Part of this growth is through the Ministry of Justice’s new
Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS) which provide flexible, responsive services to help break the cycle of reoffending. Part of the new probation system, they are commissioned and delivered at a local and regional level to provide tailored support and address areas of need associated with reoffending.
To capitalise on this extensive experience in the Justice sector and enhance our offer through the combined innovation and experience of our teams, we are very excited to be bringing all our programmes together under a new ‘Ingeus Justice’ division.
The new Ingeus Justice division
Ingeus’ new Justice division will be the home for all our rehabilitative, probation and employment programmes for service users, including HMPPS CFO3, Activity Hubs, and Commissioned Rehabilitative Services.
Bringing together the aims and achievements of APM UK and RRP services under the Ingeus master brand, the division will continue our 25 years of experience from across the public, voluntary and private services to deliver a step-change in the provision of offender rehabilitation services to help reduce reoffending rates in the UK.
For our commissioners, partners and service users, we hope you agree this is positive news. We will have a new name to reflect the recent integration of our businesses, and you will see this in the new visual identity, but our Justice offer will still provide the best customer experiences and expertise that you have come to expect from our team. Our capabilities and commitments remain the same.
More importantly, it completes our ‘one team’ at Ingeus, where all our services across Employment, Health, Youth and now Justice, combine to provide seamless solutions to delivering societal change and ultimately enabling better lives for everyone we support. It is this mission that drives us now more than ever.
