Ingeus delivers Connect to Work on behalf of the York & North Yorkshire Combined Authority across North Yorkshire.

We will help you to find work:

Pair you with a dedicated Employment Specialist who will give you bespoke one-to-one support.
Use your own skills and goals to create a job search approach which is right for you.
Our Employment Specialist will work with you to write a CV, cover letters and job applications. Giving you the best chance at securing a role.
You’ll receive access to iWorks, our online careers portal.
We’ll help you speak to employers within 30 days of being accepted onto Connect to Work.

When you’re in work, we’ll still support you. We will work with you and your employer to:
