What is CFO Evolution?

CFO Evolution is a comprehensive service for the diverse needs of people in prison and on probation to help reduce reoffending.

The holistic approach integrates the previous CFO3 and CFO Activity Hub services into a single cohesive programme which is designed to:

Increase engagement – connecting with people traditionally unable or unwilling to engage with existing or mainstream services.
Sustain engagement – enhancing resilience, developing skills, and providing practical support.
Fill gaps – identifying and addressing gaps in existing provisions.

What services are available?

CFO Evolution is delivered in prison, at community-based CFO Activity Hubs, or through outreach services across three regions.

Who is it for?

CFO Evolution is a range of services to help people avoid reoffending. It offers support to people in prison, on remand, serving a community sentence or under supervision or living in Approved Premises.

The services are designed to complement existing statutory provisions and are delivered in partnership with Probation Practitioners and Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS) providers.
