Ingeus seeks partners for Future Employment Support programme

Ingeus is inviting local organisations to express an interest in partnering on its bid for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Future Employment Support (FES) programme.
Future Employment Support (FES) will help deliver personalised employment support for out-of-work Universal Credit claimants, including people facing health-related barriers, skills gaps, language needs, addiction challenges, and other complex employment barriers. It will combine employment, skills, health, and employer engagement support tailored to local labour market needs.
Ingeus is looking to build a strong, collaborative partnership with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations that can bring specialist expertise, trusted community relationships and local insight.
