Prison Education Services CIAG

Ingeus delivers Prison Education Services Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) on behalf of the Ministry of Justice in two areas:

• Tees and Wear
• Yorkshire and Humberside

Prison Education Services CIAG supports prisoners make informed decisions about their education and career paths during their time in prison until they are discharged from custody. It offers personalised support through face-to-face sessions between prisoners and a dedicated case worker and includes career conversations and Personal Learning Plans (PLPs) for further support and action covering:

• Employability skills
• Career planning
• Access to education, work and training
