Ingeus takes centre stage at the 2025 ERSA Awards

26 Nov. 2025
Celebrations are underway after Ingeus scooped two prestigious awards at this year’s Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) Awards.

Now in their 13th year, it was our lucky night as we were announced winners of the Employer Engagement Practitioner of the Year award and Adding Social Value Award, hand in hand with Roots to Dental.

Announced in London on the 25th November 2025, the ERSA awards celebrate inspiring professionals, jobseekers, partnerships, and programmes that help disadvantaged people move closer and into employment. With six Ingeus nominations shortlisted across the 17 different award categories, it was always set to be a night to remember. Our teams were there in force to applaud the exceptional work of a sector united in transforming lives.

Julie Graham, Ingeus CEO of Employment Services, said: “The ERSA Awards are unique, they hold a very special place for us and we’re over the moon to be included in their hall of fame once again this year. The work that the awards showcase is exceptional and everyone shortlisted should be justifiably proud.

To win is incredible. Huge congratulations to Leonila for being named Employer Engagement Practitioner of the Year and to our extended team, working with Roots to Dental, who won the Adding Social Value Award. Your work is genuinely changing lives.”

Our winning entry for Employer Engagement Practitioner of the Year details how Leonila, ‘Leo’ Mencias brings her own life experiences to play as a New Sales Manager for the Restart Scheme in London. Working closely with employers, she crafts innovative recruitment solutions, sourcing talented jobseekers that perfectly meet their needs.

Speaking at the awards, ERSA Chief Executive, Elizabeth Taylor said:
“The ERSA Awards are the largest celebration of employability expertise. Tonight, our nominees and winners quite rightly receive sector-wide recognition for their dedication and expertise in transforming the lives of unemployed and disadvantaged people across the UK.”
