Able Futures

Mental health support for people in work

If something is playing on your mind, it can be challenging to feel good at work. There can be many issues, such as stress, anxiety or depression that can affect your mental health, and if you’re not feeling well, it can be more difficult to concentrate and feel focused.

This is where Able Futures can help.

Able Futures is the Ingeus-led partnership delivering the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service to employees, apprentices and self-employed people in England, Scotland and Wales.

If you have something playing on your mind which is affecting your time at work, Able Futures provides  nine months of advice and guidance from a specialist vocational rehabilitation consultant on how to support your mental wellbeing at work. There is no cost for using Able Futures because the service is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions.
