Our functional assessors use their clinical expertise and experience to carry out assessments in a non-clinical environment, either face-to-face, online or by telephone. They support people with disabilities or health conditions, always ensuring an exceptional and caring service, and use their excellent critical thinking and report writing skills to create accurate, high-quality written reports. Our team are helpful and thorough in ensuring a professional, caring service all the time. 

Health

Our health programmes support people with mental and/or physical health conditions and disabilities to find work, stay in work, or change careers. Our health specialists and rehabilitation consultants provide one-to-one support, working with employers and specialist organisations, to provide holistic services that give people independence and know-how to thrive. Empathy, listening skills and the ability to create positive relationships between people and employers are essential.

Employability 

There’s a wide range of roles in our employment services, covering operations, service excellence and employer engagement. Our range of programmes help people of all backgrounds and circumstances overcome barriers to find lasting jobs. We provide a personalised service to every customer and work with local partners to help get the support they need to succeed. Roles are varied requiring customer service, empathy, and listening skills, alongside a target-driven mindset to deliver positive outcomes.
