Where your data is stored

The data you submit will be held on Randstad Sourceright's systems and on the TalentLink system, provided by Lumesse, a partner of Randstad Sourceright to enable Randstad Sourceright and Ingeus to process the job applications you have made. Data held on TalentLink is stored and managed within the European Union.

The data you submit will also be held on Talent Radar (either in partial or in full), a system provided by Domo Inc. who is a partner of Randstad Sourceright and provides data analysis services. Data held on Talent Radar is stored and managed in the United States of America. Domo Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States.

Sharing your information with third parties

In order to, and in the course of, processing your personal data it may be disclosed to any organisations necessary to obtain your references, to any other Randstad Company and/or any third party organisations providing administration or other relevant services to Randstad Sourceright and or the relevant Randstad Company.

Your personal data will not be shared with any other organisations, unless:

• You have given your direct and personal consent to the sharing of this personal data;
• Your data must be shared with third parties by or on behalf of the data controller as part of the application procedure in order to be able to process your application.
