FutureYou

Ingeus delivered FutureYou between 2022 and 2023, giving a personalised programme of support to people who were living in Greater Manchester, aged between 18 and 24 years' old and not in education, employment or training. 

It provided a mix of practical and wellbeing support with a dedicated mentor helping young people in Greater Manchester create a personalised plan of action focusing on things like:

• Employability skills development
• Support writing CVs and completing application forms
• Skills and training workshops
• Access to work experience and job vacancies
• Health & wellbeing advice and guidance
