The Employer Engagement Team

The Ingeus CFO3 Employer Engagement team develop relationships with employers and are dedicated to supporting our participants into sustainable employment.

The Employer Engagement team are an additionality to the service and support offered by our CFO3 Caseworkers. The team’s support is divided into two parts:

1) They focus on the practical issues of making contact with employers to raise awareness of the project and to encourage them to offer jobs, work placements and other opportunities;

2) They offer tailored support to each individual to help develop their confidence and motivation, as well as support them with applications, job search, and interviews, including attending open days and joining them on their first day of work if necessary.
