Change 100 Programme joins Ingeus to expand opportunities for people with disabilities
17 Nov. 2025
Ingeus is pleased to announce the transfer of the Change 100 programme from Leonard Cheshire, marking a significant step in our commitment to creating inclusive workplaces and empowering talent.
Developed by Leonard Cheshire, Change 100 is a well-established, award-winning programme that connects talented disabled students and graduates with leading employers for paid internships, mentoring, and development opportunities. It has strong relationships with employers and universities, partnering with over 300 leading companies including Barclays, BMW, UNICEF, Tate and the BCC to place more than 1,300 interns.
By bringing this programme under the Ingeus umbrella, Ingeus will maintain its core values and build on its strong legacy while exploring opportunities for growth and innovation across the UK. They will continue to deliver the programme as a not-for-profit so that continued investment can be made to reach more people.
Fiona Monahan, Chief Executive Officer, Ingeus said: "We are thrilled to welcome Change 100 to Ingeus. This programme has transformed the lives of so many talented people, and we’re committed to continuing that journey. We believe inclusion isn’t just a value — it’s a promise, and there is still so much work to do to narrow the disability employment gap. Together, we will create even more opportunities for students and graduates to thrive in the workplace."
