Ingeus celebrates multiple reaccreditations recognising inclusive culture and service excellence

27 May 2026
Ingeus is celebrating a series of key reaccreditations achieved across April and May, reinforcing its commitment to inclusion, workplace wellbeing and high quality service delivery. The organisation has successfully renewed its Menopause Friendly accreditation, retained the matrix Standard, and reaffirmed its status as a Disability Confident Leader, each for a further three years.

Ingeus has been reaccredited as a Menopause Friendly employer until May 2029, following a rigorous independent assessment by Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace. The accreditation recognises organisations that demonstrate measurable impact across culture, policies, training, engagement and working environment.

Melisa Cunningham, Senior Employee Relations, Diversity and Wellbeing Specialist, said: “We are proud to be reaccredited as a Menopause Friendly employer. Supporting colleagues through menopause is an important part of building an inclusive and compassionate workplace. This recognition reflects the continued efforts across our organisation to ensure colleagues feel understood, supported and able to perform at their best.”

Deborah Garlick, CEO and founder of Henpicked said: “We’re absolutely delighted that Ingeus has been reaccredited as Menopause Friendly for a further three years by the Independent Panel of experts. Reaccreditation is a powerful achievement because it shows this work hasn’t stood still. Ingeus has not only achieved the standard required to be menopause friendly, but it has also kept building and embedding meaningful support into its culture, people processes and everyday working life. Its continued commitment is making a real difference for colleagues and sets a strong example for other employers.”

Alongside this, Ingeus has secured reaccreditation for the matrix Standard, a nationally recognised quality mark for Information, Advice and Guidance. The standard assesses how effectively services support individuals to make informed decisions about their learning and career pathways, placing strong emphasis on quality, accessibility and continuous improvement.

The reaccreditation follows a detailed external review of Ingeus’ services, including its approach to understanding participant needs and delivering tailored support. Assessors highlighted the organisation’s strong, values-led culture and its consistent focus on empowering individuals to achieve sustainable results.

Ingeus has also renewed its Disability Confident Leader status, the highest level within the UK Government’s scheme. This accreditation recognises organisations that are leading the way in inclusive recruitment and employment practices for disabled people.

Achieving and maintaining Leader status requires organisations to go beyond meeting core criteria. It involves demonstrating measurable impact, sharing good practice and playing an active role in championing disability inclusion both internally and externally.

For Ingeus, this reaccreditation reflects a continued focus on removing barriers across the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to development and progression. This includes ensuring accessible processes, making effective use of reasonable adjustments, and fostering an environment where colleagues feel confident to disclose and seek support where needed.

This work helps create a workplace where disabled colleagues can thrive.

Together, these achievements highlight Ingeus’ ongoing focus on creating a supportive, inclusive workplace and delivering meaningful, high quality services that make a lasting difference.
